Yes, there are 4 people waiting and 3 of them are over the 1 month mark. Should be ready to ship them by the mid/end of this coming week.

Pre-ordered headers are shipping today. Those who were waiting for local pickup (45vaquero), it can be ready today as well.

Also, will I need to bring you a stock down pipe/elbow?

I'll be out of town starting Thursday afternoon until Monday.
You won't need to bring a stock elbow core unless you're buying a 3" elbow or internally wastegated header downpipe.

Should be fine. I'll have to check my diary to see if I did anything on that day 10 years ago Seriously though, I assume you meant 10/20/2011 (not 10/19/2001) which is tomorrow. I'll be in the shop in the afternoon around 1-5pm and then I should be around the house the rest of the evening. If you confirm you're coming for sure, I'll be sure the header is ready to roll when you arrive.

I tried to rotate the housing, but the wheel will not spin freely now. Any fixes?

The wheel spins w/o contacting the housing, but doesn't free wheel. I think you jinxed me. lol. What is a good place to buy a new t3/t4 .50trim, or have mine rebuilt? What a/r is optimum for a mildly modified 2.3? What is a reasonable price? Ebay prices vary from 120-900.

If you remove the housing, does it move freely? The housing is independent of the wheel/shaft/bearings so if it's not dragging, it's not related to the issue (though removing it should confirm it). www.supernaturalturbo.com/ is where I get rebuilds done (though I'd never spend that kind of money on a Stock T3). Boport.com is the place to get a new turbo. With that said, it's virtually impossible for the turbo to just quit freewheeling out of the blue. Do you mean it's actually hard to turn or it just doesn't spin for 3-4 seconds by hand anymore?

It is hard to turn. I didn't try to spin it prior to rotating, I can't imagine the exhaust being able to turn it at all. compressed air won't move it.
