Well that diagram there got me pretty close on knowing what to do with the wastegate. Only question left is about the valve seat. It fits in the bottom flange of the wastegate, but not flush to the flange. It's sticking out and that doesn't let the gaskets lay flush with the flange so when I go to install it I don't think it will seal. Help? Do I use the valve seal or not?

Bolt it down and the valve seat will sit flush. It's held up by the spring loaded valve and when you bolt it down it compresses the spring and preloads the seat so it will seal.

Sweet!
and as far at the top port and bottom port, does that diagram I found work the same for the one you sell? I got it all hooke up last night and got her to start but won't idle. There must be a vaccume problem and I'm thinking I've got the hoses on the wastegate hooked up wrong... I'm still using the factory boost controller for now too.

Yes, it's the same.
Just hook the line that used to go to the wastegate actuator to the bottom port on the wastegate.

Problem is with the diagram, I have a "T" in the intake housing on the turbo and then a "T" on the exit side of the intake housing (boost pressure sourcs) of the turbo... it's confusing. I think I should just follow that exact and plug all unnecessary holes?

Ports on the inlet of the turbo mean nothing...they never see boost so they shouldn't be hooked up to the wastegate. The T on the outlet of the compressor housing is a good boost source. I think you are greatly over thinking this. It's really super simple if you think about how the wastegate works (as shown in the link above) and what it takes to open it (boost pressure). Then ALL it needs is a hose that sees boost (from ANYWHERE) hooked up to it and it will open when it is supposed to.
With that said, since you are still using the stock boost controller (which is unfortunate IMO), all you do is exactly what I said above. Change absolutely nothing about how the stock boost controller was hooked up, how the "T's" on the turbo were hooked up, etc. Just take the hose that ran to the old wastegate and run it to the new one...and you're done.

Ah, I tend to over think things. Especially when I am scared of some how damaging the engine. (Wife won't let me spend any money, that's why I had to hid the MS monies in my paypal that she doesn't know about!)
I'll hook things up again tonight when I get home and see what I get then.

I found the problem. The wastegate hoses were hooked up backwards, and it still wouldnt' idle. I had a buddy start it while I looked around the engine bay, and finally realized I don't have a BPV in place and it was loosing all it's air at that open hole... put my hand over it and she will idle just fine!
So, I need a BPV now... ordering soon. I think that's it until the MS becomes available.

Hey, what's the lead time on shipping one of your dual piston BOV's. I need one quick so my car will run when we move in a couple weeks.
