UPDATE: well today i bought a new hydraulic cylinder for my cherry picker since it was bad and it worked really well. Started pulling my turbo off the shaft doesn't wiggle any at all fans aren't damaged but i ran into two problems. One couldn't get the O2 sensor off and Two there are five bolts holding the exhaust elbow with the internal waste gate actuator on it and FOUR yes FOUR of the bolts broke out of the FIVE.

It is pretty common for those bolts to break when not removed properly. Fortunately there is typically no reason to remove them.
Why were you removing the exhaust elbow?
Did you consider stopping after the first broke and considering new ways to remove them or to not remove it at all?
For the 02 sensor, heat is your friend...get it glowing orange and then remove unless you've already destroyed the hex section and can no longer get a good grip on it.

There is no gasket behind that elbow...
Exhaust removes with two bolts at the end of the elbow.
No reason to remove the elbow.
You need to decide whether the oil is coming from the turbo or (more likely) from the valve cover vent hose that goes into the inlet elbow of the turbo. Odds are it is the vent hose, not the turbo that is putting oil in the turbo compressor side.
Any turbo shop can rebuild it...probably $300 or so...not worth it.
The intakes aren't interchangeable so it doesn't particularly matter which is better...different bolt patterns at the head. You run the one that bolts to the head.

well there is oil in the intake and there was oil in the vam as well when i pulled the motor.
Im pulling the turbo to replace the gasket between the turbo and exhaust also doing the manifold gasket.

Oil being in those locations doesn't change what I said above about the source of the oil. It "could" be the turbo but most likely is not.
I still don't know what removing the exhaust elbow has to do with replacing the turbo gaskets but I guess it doesn't matter at this point.
