The oil feed line that you think is leaking into the turbo or if you could give me a good description of were it is located at.

Not an oil feed line...valve cover vent tube, comes off of valve cover breather and goes to the inlet of the turbo.

how can you check to see if it is bad just if there is oil in it?

You shouldn't be able to blow ANY air through it in one direction.

On turbo cars if boost blows past the PCV valve it then goes into the crank case, up to the valve cover, and then out the vent tube which in our case is hooked to the turbo air inlet. In a lot of cases PCV valves don't completely stop the boost from getting by causing oil blow out issues. What you want is the PCV to be able to suck in air at low engine speeds then under boost close up. That is why most people add a check valve between the intake and PCV or just replace the PCV with a check valve.

You'll want to only use a Motorcraft brand PCV valve (available from Ford or an online ford factory parts house). Check valve can be found anywhere...parts store, junkyard, that old broke down car in the back yard, etc.

Is the SVO header any better than the TC header from 86?

Exhaust manifold, not a header. There are two stock manifolds for 2.3's an "E6" and an "E3" casting. These are the last two digits cast into the part number on the manifold. E6=good.

That's what i was thinking its plugged on the EGR side and the intake side
Also how do you rotate the turbo (intake side) to put a stock 87-88 TC intercooler on?
