It must have just been condensation because it never did come back. Does anyone know where i can get a new piece to go from my outlet tube on the turbo to the throttle body? The orginal one has some cracks and is starting to fall apart and im pretty sure it is leaking.

Not sure if Ford or a parts store has a listing for one. I'm pretty sure one or the other does though.

What is "a little rich"? The factory never grounded anything to the head.

Oh, that's the injector harness ground. You can make a quick jumper wire to ground to the turbo to see if it's the problem.

Yes, just ground the wire at the intake to the turbo hot side.

Car idles rought when its around 1000 rpm like it has a miss or something then it will smooth itself out but idles at 1800? It will keep doing this til it eventually dies, I have tried setting base idle, reset time because it was off a bit, switched iac, and now am out of options what could it be?
Any help is appreciated thanks

Have you unplugged the IAC to see if it quits doing that?

How high is "don't idle as high"? Sounds like a vacuum leak.
