I plan to swap an 88 tbird into my 90 mustang. I have the computer and everything else I need wiring wise. As well as I am going to use a t3t4 50mm turbo. I was wondering if I can get a parts list to help start my build. I plan to get between 300-330 rwhp. My problem is I am not mechanically incline to do the swap myself. So I just want to have the parts ready for me, when I get back from Afghanistan. So I can just take it straight to a shop.

Are you asking what parts will get you to your hp goal, or just to get it in the car and driving? If HP is what you are talking about, a good option would be to "PIMP IT" This will help you tune fore different setups along the way and get rid of the Vane Air Meter. (The "PIMP" is Stingers' engine management system)

You're just above the limit of the stock ecu/air meter/injectors at that power level. That means you need to do something about all of those items.
You'll need a full exhaust system with exhaust clamps, FMIC kit, some braided oil lines, k&n filter (all of which we sell), and most likely a cam from Boport in order to reach that power level on pump gas without any porting.

Money isn't problem, I have 5k burning a whole for this project. If I ordered the header package (725), cam, pimp, fmic, k&n, and upgrade the rest of the needed upgrades. How easy would it to be to reach my hp goal.

What all would you recommend is another question and would it be better for me to get the 1.5 cam full rebuild kit. I am gonna start placing orders in a couple days in hopes of this getting started in Sept.

Those items should allow you to reach your hp goal. You'll need the 1.5 cam kit, not just the cam. We are currently out of headers and won't have more until September.

The build wont start till early Oct, I plan to have all the parts ready. 55lbs injectors would be the best way to go? Do you have an idea on when you will have some in stock. Could I place my order for all those parts and or will I have to wait on ordering the headers.

External WasteGate, Dual Piston BOV, Package Deal w/External Wastegate, Oil Lines, Flange, and Ext WG Downpipe, FMIC Kit, K&N Filter, Eibach Pro-Kit, and the 1.5 cam kit from boport are what I have in carts waiting to order. Is there anything else I might need to reach my Hp goal? What size injectors would you recomend as well. I was thinking the 60lb but you dont seem to have them in stock.

I am going to use the 5 speed from the mustang as well so what other upgrades do you think I might need. The more help I can get the better. Also would it be better to get that cam with the rollers as well? I am pretty new to the performance seen in general. So the more help I can get the better.

I don't see an exhaust system/muffler/clamps in that list.
You'll need a clutch upgrade as well (which we also carry). Our supplier no longer carries the 55lb injectors so you'll need to go with 60lb hi imp (if using the PiMP) or 75lb low imp or look elsewhere.
You'll need to complete cam kit with rollers because your current engine has sliders not rollers.

I placed that one order and I will be placing another order again with a few more parts. I know there is a waiting list for the PIMP, which is a concern. Of when it will become available to for me to purchase one and recieve one.

You'll need an SVO/TC clutch (not the Merkur or 5.0 Mustang).
If you're not already on the PiMP waiting list, you'll have to get on it ASAP.

About to place anothe order. The cam is gonna be put on hold for a little I might get the Stage 1 Bo-port head. The build will start as soon as I get the parts delivered.
